Continuous crossover, between the legs, behind the back (1 minute)

With feet parallel in a wide stance (beyond shoulder length apart), squat down into a 90 degree angle, making sure your knees don’t go past your toes. Holding the ball in you right palm, push ball over to the left hand with 1 firm dribble towards the floor. Once in the left hand, push the ball with 1 firm dribble between the legs, working from front to back, to the right hand. Push the ball behind the back, with 1 firm dribble to the left hand. Once the ball gets to the left hand, the motion is repeated until time elapses.
