“Figure 8’s” fingertip dribble (1 minute)

With feet parallel in a wide stance (beyond shoulder length apart), squat down into a 90 degree angle, making sure your knees don’t go past your toes. Using your fingertips and starting in front of your right foot, dribble the ball firmly in a circular motion around the right foot. Pass the ball between your legs to the opposite hand, dribbling in the same motion around the opposite foot. This motion continues and should be done in the shape of an “8”. Once the time has elapsed, change the direction of your dribble.
